Peach-Anise Cookies

I am a free-hand cooker so I will try to give you this recipe and you can do it your own way. Lol. : 1 softened stick of butter in bowl, cream 1/2 cup of sugar with it. Add 1TBSP of vanilla, 1tsp of anise flavoring and 2 tsps of baking powder (makes them rise a little). 1/2 cup of peach yogurt or whatever kind you like. (Makes them a little soft instead of the regular crispy that they would be without the yogurt.) Slowly add in 2 cups of flour and a pinch of salt. If too sticky, add more flour. 'Ice cream-scoop' out little balls and just place on your cookie sheet. They will be nice and shiny from the butter. No greasing the pan, the butter does that job. Can make them smaller if you wish. (Like the little one in the middle.) Pray on them for them to turn out good and bake 350* until brown, about 15-20 mins. God bless!
