There comes a time in life where you have to part ways

There comes a time in life where you have to part ways with someone or vice versa. Someone can follow you most of you life, do what you do, talk like you talk, live like you live but sooner or later, they are going to grow weary of being someone else and not the 'self' that God has created them to be. Some people learn a lesson as time goes on yet some people are equipped with a "monitoring spirit" that just won't let go. After so many years, even that monitoring gets old.

Ecc 3:1  To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2Co 3:17

Some people have lost their own character being busy monitoring what others do, studying others so much that they don't know how to be themselves. The problem is that while one may be learning 'how to be' the other may be harshly lacking privacy therefore not blossoming in their own lives the way that God intended for them to do. Hence, both live robbed and enclosed lives and this just could lead to rebellion or harsh disliking. As the saying goes, "Stop while you are ahead."

If you have been experiencing anything like this, know that prayer works and you should lift it up to the Lord in the spirit, prayer and/or tongues, because where the Spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty.

2Co 3:17  Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

I just saw a post on social media where a young man has had a horrible relationship with a lady and the relationship has become so worn that there is nothing left to treasure. That is a toxic relationship. The last thing that any of us need is a toxic relationship. It can lead to hatred and in some instances, death by hand or flat out misery or heartbroken living. I lost my parents that way due to murder-suicide. Let's pray that the spirit of murder and suicide are hindered in Jesus name, from harming our loved ones. Amen (And so it is.)

Sometimes we have to let go and let God. It's nice to be with someone for a while, (as in a friendship or mentor,) but when you begin to see signs of wear or boredom, someone is getting robbed, if not both parties. Young cannot duplicate the old, the old cannot duplicate youth and friends cannot duplicate friends with out someone's character being hidden from the blessings that God has for them. There is something in between called....experience. Experience, we all need our own. I wish you to be free.

God bless, Rev Essie
